Border Trade Alliance calls on Commerce Department to maintain Tomato Suspension Agreement

The Border Trade Alliance submitted these comments to the Department of Commerce. The BTA reiterates its position that “the negative consequences of termination would be dramatic, costing jobs, raising consumer prices, reducing variety, disrupting cross-border supply chains, undermining the USMCA and seriously degrading the U.S.-Mexico binational relationship.”
